Day by day

1. Day 1

   Arrival in Nairobi & Journey to Lake Nakuru

   Arrive in Nairobi and meet your safari guide before beginning your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park. Travel through the scenic Great Rift Valley, enjoying beautiful landscapes along the way. Arrive at your lodge for lunch and relaxation, followed by an afternoon game drive in search of rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes and other wildlife.

2. Day 2

   Lake Nakuru to the Legendary Maasai Mara

   After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru and journey through the scenic Great Rift Valley toward the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch before heading out on an exciting afternoon game drive across the Mara’s golden plains, searching for lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes and other wildlife. Return to your lodge or luxury camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

3. Day 3

   Full-Day Maasai Mara Safari

   Spend a full day exploring the spectacular Maasai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives across the vast savannah plains, searching for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes and other wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the reserve and continue exploring the Mara into the afternoon before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

4. Day 4

   Maasai Mara to Northern Serengeti – Crossing into Tanzania

   After breakfast, depart the Maasai Mara and travel toward the Isebania border for immigration and customs formalities before crossing into Tanzania. Continue through the scenic countryside toward Northern Serengeti National Park, entering the vast Serengeti ecosystem. Enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge or tented camp, with opportunities to spot wildlife along the way before settling in for the evening.

5. Day 5

   Northern to Central Serengeti – Into the Heart of the Wilderness

   After breakfast, depart Northern Serengeti and journey deeper into the vast Serengeti ecosystem. Enjoy a scenic game drive en route to Central Serengeti, exploring the endless plains and searching for lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes and other wildlife. Arrive at your lodge or tented camp later in the day and relax as the sounds of the Serengeti surround you.

6. Day 6

   Full-Day Central Serengeti – Wildlife in the Heart of Tanzania

   Spend a full day exploring the spectacular Central Serengeti, renowned for its abundant wildlife and vast open plains. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in search of lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes and other wildlife. With a picnic lunch in the wilderness, take your time discovering the Serengeti’s rich landscapes and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

7. Day 7

   Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro – Karatu

   After breakfast, depart Central Serengeti and enjoy a scenic drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Travel through the changing landscapes of the Serengeti and the highlands, with opportunities for wildlife viewing along the way. Continue to the Karatu area, arriving at your lodge in time to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings before dinner and overnight.

8. Day 8

   Karatu to Amboseli via Arusha – Crossing at Namanga

   After breakfast, depart the Karatu area and drive toward Arusha, enjoying views of Tanzania’s scenic highlands along the way. Continue toward the Namanga border for immigration and customs formalities before crossing into Kenya. Proceed to Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for an afternoon game drive beneath the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro.

9. Day 9

   Morning Game Drive in Amboseli – Kilimanjaro at Sunrise

   Rise early for a memorable morning game drive through Amboseli National Park, when wildlife is most active and the first light illuminates Mount Kilimanjaro. Search for elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife across the open plains before returning for breakfast. Later, continue your journey to Nairobi for your hotel or airport drop-off.
