Day by day

1. Day 1

   Nairobi to Maasai Mara – Into the Wild

   Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley toward the famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch and settle into your mid-range accommodation. Later, head out for your first game drive across the Mara plains, searching for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and other wildlife. Return to the lodge or camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

2. Day 2

   Full-Day Maasai Mara Safari

   Rise early for a rewarding morning game drive in Maasai Mara, when wildlife is most active. Return to your lodge or camp for breakfast, then continue exploring the reserve with your guide. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before an afternoon game drive across the open savannah. Keep an eye out for the Big Five and, depending on the season, the Great Migration herds. Return for dinner and overnight.

3. Day 3

   Maasai Mara to Serengeti via Isebania Border

   After breakfast, leave Maasai Mara and drive toward the Isebania border, the main crossing between Kenya and Tanzania on this route. Complete the immigration and customs procedures before meeting your Tanzanian guide and continuing toward Serengeti National Park. Enjoy the changing scenery along the way and, time permitting, begin your first game drive in the Serengeti before heading to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

4. Day 4

   Full-Day Serengeti Safari

   Wake up early for a full day of wildlife exploration in the Serengeti. Set out after breakfast for game drives across the endless plains, searching for lions, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. The location of the Great Migration may influence the area explored. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing with afternoon game viewing. Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.

5. Day 5

   Explore Deep Inside Ngorongoro Crater

   After breakfast, leave the Serengeti and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive on the crater floor. Explore the diverse habitats in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and other wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the crater’s spectacular scenery before continuing your game viewing. Later, ascend the crater and proceed to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

6. Day 6

   Ngorongoro to Arusha – Safari Finale

   After breakfast, depart the Ngorongoro area and travel toward Arusha. Along the way, stop in Mto wa Mbu for a cultural experience, including a visit to a local Maasai community at no extra cost. Learn about traditional Maasai culture, daily life, and customs before continuing your journey. You will also pass through the fertile countryside and see local rice plantations along the way. Continue to Arusha for your final drop-off, marking the end of your Kenya and Tanzania safari.
