Nairobi to Aberdare: Into the Mountain Wilderness
Depart Nairobi early in the morning and drive to Aberdare National Park. Enjoy a scenic game drive through the park’s lush montane forests, open moorlands, and valleys. Look out for elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, waterbucks, baboons, and various bird species, with a chance of spotting the elusive bongo and other forest wildlife. Enjoy lunch before continuing your game drive, then begin the journey back to Nairobi in the afternoon.
